Who Are We?

Utilising the knowledge and experiences that we have whilst building our own portfolio, we have created Cosmo Grace Property to extend our services out to those who wish to invest in property in the North East.

We understand that people may not have the knowledge and that time can be limited, therefore we enable people to realise their property requirements by acting on their behalf.

Jonathan and Jessica have worked in varying aspects of the property industry with a combined experience extending to over 30 years.

Jonathan is a former qualified Chartered Surveyor with a breadth of knowledge around land management, rental and management of both residential properties and commercial units and running large rural estates.

Jessica has worked in the Estate Agency sector for a number of years covering all aspects of the sales and lettings environment. Having worked predominantly at the high end of the market, the knowledge encompassed within this lends itself to the company that we run today.

Jonathan and Jessica have combined their professional knowledge and personal experiences as landlords to build their own residential property portfolio, which continues to grow today.
